This intensive 5 IKO hour course will take you through the basics of kitesurfing. This course an an absolute must for anyone planning on taking up kitesurfing or can act as a refresher if youve been away for a while - or simply as a taster to the worlds most exciting and environmentally friendly sport!

We supply state of the art equipment on all courses, including wetsuit, bouyancy aid, helmet and of course kite and board. Each course has a student instructor ratio of 4:1, with all our instructors being full IKO level II certified.

the course covers the following Topics:

- Carry and set up the lines and kite
- Determine the wind direction and upwind and downwind (windward, leeward).
- Fly a small kite (inflatable, stunt kite, foil…) on the wind window edge and maintain it close to the ground.
- Know how to stop the kite power in case of problem by releasing the bar
